Music can change one's mood, and can help direct energies. I also have found it useful to reduce self-distracting "mind wanders".... therefore allowing more calm to pervade the mental forefront. Choose whatever music you find most suitable! With meditation there are no fixed rules! ππ€It is an internal journey unique to every one of us! Just keep in mind more lyrics and the focus may follow.... More melodies and it could be just a background....Experiment and enjoy! π
