Music can change one's mood, and can help direct energies. I also have found it useful to reduce self-distracting "mind wanders".... therefore allowing more calm to pervade the mental forefront. Choose whatever music you find most suitable! With meditation there are no fixed rules! 🙏🤗It is an internal journey unique to every one of us!
