Music can change one's mood, and can help direct energies. I also have found it useful to reduce self-distracting "mind wanders".... therefore allowing more calm to pervade the mental forefront. Choose whatever music you find most suitable! With meditation there are no fixed rules! ๐๐คIt is an internal journey unique to every one of us! Just keep in mind more lyrics and the focus may follow.... More melodies and it could be just a background....Experiment and enjoy! ๐
