Michael Sands 7 NIGHTS 8 DAYS "Healthy Holidays" TOUR PACKAGE

Day 1 -  Sigiriya
Pick-up at airport or agreed meeting point.
Visit Sigiriya Lion rock castle. Sigiriya is one of the most spectacular and exciting places in Sri Lanka built by King Kashyapa. Time permitting enroute.a stop in Negombo to see clothing & fish markets. Restorative 45 minute afternoon yoga session.  Night in Sigiriya.
Day 2 -  Polonnaruwa
Morning yoga practice followed by a visit to Polonnaruwa Cultural Site, Sri Lanka’s first city of the island in the 11th century A.D. Minneriya National park for an afternoon safari to see Elephants, birds, Monkeys, Deer, Wild Buffalo, Wild pig etc. Night in Sigiriya.
Day 3 -  Kandy 
A morning meditation & yoga session. Then driving to Kandy with a stop at Dambulla cave temple.. There are  five caves with Buddha images, Hindu temple "Tooth" at Mathale. Finishing the afternoon with a trek at Udawatta forest.
Day 4 -  Kandy
Breathwork yoga practice. Visit Peradeniya Botanical garden Exploring Kandy city.  Drive up the mountains to the View point. Attend an evening cultural dance performance.
Day 5 -  Nuwara Eliya
Proceed to N’Eliya and visit a Tea factory and plantation. Visit cascading waterfalls including the Ramboda waterfall.
Day 6 -  Ella
Morning catch the train from Nanu oya to Ella. Hiking at mini Adams peak. This hiking gives you a great impression of the landscape around Ella.
Day 7 -  Yala
Leave to Yala. Visit Rawana Waterfall enroute. Visit Buduruwagala, this complex consists of seven statues of the Mayahanas.  Safari at Yala national park to see Leopards, Sloth Bears, Elephants, Sambars, Deers, Peacocks, Crocodiles, etc.
Day 8 -  Mirissa 
Drive to Mirissa to enjoy the beach, turtle watching, cafes, surfing or even visit the temples.

I recently have found myself returning to the early beginnings of my personal persuit for calm and freedom. For me this means hopping back on my skateboard for the blissful freedom and disconnect from the daily mental churn of distractions.   Therefore I would like to share a list of recent SkateParks I have visited in Europe with the hope that others will find my picks and pans of great spots helpful to any other Skaters / Meditators out there!!! So first I will begin with France a mixture of delight & disappointment! Dijon .... Well it was August but the Google Hours said it was open and yet the harsh reality was 2pm to 6pm only Monday to Friday!! So no comments beyond that we just saw it from the exterior ;-( Dijon Skatepark Link Limoges....
