A coat of paint to Exterior WCs inside & out ...plus cleaning sealing the flat roof!! (With also a mention of course to the new mirrors 😉 and WC kit 👍)

Multilac brand paints!! Excellent adhesion on exterior work and a local Sri Lankan brand!🙌🤩
After various attempts to find an adhering paint on the floors of the WC I found the "blackboard paint" to be offer the best density and coverage to anything made of concrete!
Interior Multilac paints also offers great value!
3 Coats of Walnut Coloured Water Based Varnish 👍 also Multilac brand....✨
A work in progress...but after 5 years with no maintenance the Yoga & Meditation Cottage is soon to be a "Super Star" set right on top of the sea and with beautiful sunsets everyday!! 👑😉✨
Poolside Cafeteria
It just so happens the "black" retainer wall for the infinity pool works very well with chalk!! To say it makes a Giant Blackboard!! ☺️

The new villa at Majestic still requires fixtures and fittings before available to overnight guests. Therefore I gave a flip to its original use and made it a temporay Yoga Hall!! No space goes wasted ☺️...
Another space on the 7 acres of Majestic to be embraced and taken advantage of so more guests can visit! (There are actually 2 cottages on site both with exterior WCs and ample space for 4 bunk beds in each!
I discovered a "divine" solution to the "vritti with wings" like mosquitoes & hornets! They don't like smoke....so Sama Candles smell wonderful and make plenty of smoke so you can meditate, dance or just have a nap with a few less buzzing sounds.....😉🎶
Another deterrent to flying friends I equipped the eating area with mosquito curtains to reduce the number of visitors 😉....
New Majestic Villa... I made an emergency "suring up" of the front stairs entry point as heavy rains and the lack of a retainer wall have put the property "on the edge of the dunes"!! 💪✨
A bit of gardening and removing 100's of fallen palm leaves....
I personally scoured the beach and dunes of Majestic to remove all plastics, styrofoam, bottles and manmade trash! This took over 45 poly sacs and a tractor for removal to a recycling centre!🤗
